No Doubt had fans salivating when they announced in November that they'd be hitting the road in 2009. Earlier this year, frontwoman Gwen Stefani said a new album was in the works. Now, drummer Adrian Young added to the No Doubt updates when MTV News caught up with him at the KROQ Almost Acoustic Christmas '08 in Los Angeles.
