In November, Microsoft confirmed that it had moved all of its Windows Live Hotmail users to the Wave 3 version. As with any change to a highly popular service, there was much public outcry, but the company stood by its changes and said it would not allow users to opt out. The Hotmail team did, however, promise to keep listening to feedback and fixing bugs. It released more fixes later in November, with a promise for further updates and improvements.
