Britney Spears is hitting the road. After four years of sporadic live performances and no touring, the singer has announced the dates for a tour in support of her new album, Circus, which drops Tuesday (December 2). The tour is slated to kick off on March 3 with a show at the New Orleans Arena in the singer's home state.
