The Bold even beats Apple to a few punches. It uses the faster 3G cellular network, which the iPhone doesn’t. Also, RIM announced a U.S $150 million venture fund to invest in applications and services for the BlackBerry, trumping the U.S $100 million iFund set up by Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield & Byers to invest in stuff for the iPhone.
