The FCC's 700MHz spectrum auction has wrapped up, with bids totaling over U.S $19.5 Billion. The Commission has yet to reveal the identities of the winning bidders, but Block C with its open-access requirements passed the reserve price in late January. Block D failed to meet the reserve.
