Oprah Winfrey to Launch Cable Network With Discovery
Oprah's quest for world domination continues as Discovery Communications and Winfrey announced a deal where the Discovery Health Network will be turned over to Winfrey next year, becoming OWN — the Oprah Winfrey Network.
