H0ly Sh17! Appeals Court: says "fleeting expletives" ok on network TV
In a case closely watched by both broadcast networks and advocates for greater regulation of broadcast content, a court ruled that the FCC cannot sanction Fox over a pair of f-bombs dropped on live TV.
