The "Dance Performer Registration Act" would create a database of the Empire State's exotic dancers. To bare it all, each stripper would have to register — under their real name — with the state's Labor Department every three years. Anyone caught shimmying without a permit would be fined — $20 for the first offense and $50 for every offense after.
