A 13-year-old boy was among those arrested in a prostitution sting in Fort Walton Beach. Also caught in the sting was a retired military officer. “These jokers who know to go to Sylvania Heights will think twice about it,” said Lt. Arnold Brown. “But I promise you, we could go back there tonight and catch more of them.”
